Refund policy

We have a two-week return policy, which means that you have fourteen (14) days after receiving your item to request a return. It must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with its tags still on and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@alpanabawa.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how to ship the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it’s defective or damaged, if you have received the wrong item, or if there’s any other problem, so that we can quickly evaluate and correct the issue.

Exceptions / Nonreturnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom-made special orders and personalized items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If so, it will be credited via your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit-card company to process and post a refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to effect an exchange is to return the item you have received and, once the refund is put through, to make a separate purchase for the new item.
